Fruits are packed with nutrients and antioxidants. Having fruits in the breakfast is the best way to start your day. Here are five fruit-based dishes you can have for breakfast.
Fruit Parfait can be made in 10 minutes. Take some Greek yoghurt in a bowl and add diced fruits like mangoes, strawberries, berries, kiwi and blueberries to it. Garnish it with some crushed nuts and drizzle honey.
Toast two bread slices and spread the nut butter of your choice on them. Add thin slices of apple, kiwi, banana, or strawberries on the top along with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, and enjoy.
Cook oatmeal in some milk and add your favourite fruits. You can also top it with dried cranberries, cinnamon powder, and crushed nuts.
A smoothie bowl loaded with the goodness of bananas, apples, berries, mangoes, and other pulpy fruits is just perfect to have for breakfast.
Pancakes are the obvious choice for breakfast. Add banana and apple to the pancake batter and cook them. Top them with berries and a generous drizzle of sweet syrup.
