Tata’s electric trio tops the charts in Q2 2023

Tata Tiago has emerged as the undisputed king of the electric car market in India, selling more than 10,000 units in the second quarter of 2023.

Tata Tiago was the best-selling electric car in India from April to June 2023. It sold 10,695 units and had a market share of 39.92%.

Tata Nexon was the second best-selling electric car. It sold 5,072 units and had a market share of 18.93%.

Tata Tigor was the third best-selling electric car. It sold 3,257 units and had a market share of 12.16%.

Mahindra XUV400 was the fourth best-selling electric car. It sold 2,234 units and had a market share of 8.34%.

MG Comet was the fifth best-selling electric car. It sold 1,914 units and had a market share of 7.14%.

MG ZS was the sixth best-selling electric car. It sold 1,747 units and had a market share of 6.52%.

Citroen eC3 was the seventh best-selling electric car. It sold 576 units and had a market share of 2.15%.

Hyundai loniq5 was the eighth best-selling electric car. It sold 449 units and had a market share of 1.68%.

BYD Atto 3 was the ninth best-selling electric car. It sold 412 units and had a market share of 1.54%.

Kia EV6 was the tenth best-selling electric car. It sold 279 units and had a market share of 1.04%.
