Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is one of the most important and widely celebrated festivals in India.

Diwali is a five-day celebration that signifies the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.

The festival is marked by the lighting of oil lamps, or diyas, and the creation of intricate and coloured rangoli designs on the ground.

Rangolis are a traditional art form that is an integral part of Diwali celebrations.

They are typically made using coloured powders, rice, flower petals, or even coloured sand.

The designs often depict symbols of prosperity, good luck, and auspiciousness.

The act of creating a rangoli is believed to invite positive energies and ward off negative ones.

The combination of the warm glow of diyas and the vibrant colours of rangolis creates a mesmerizing and festive atmosphere.
