Regular physical activity helps strengthen your immune system.  Even in colder weather, consider  indoor exercise options like yoga, Pilates, or a gym workout

Ensure your living spaces are well-ventilated. Opening windows periodically can help reduce the concentration of airborne pathogens

Chronic stress can weaken your  immune system. Practice stress-reduction techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or spending time  with loved ones

Sleep is a cornerstone of good  health. Aim for 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep each night to help your body recover and recharge
