It is important to understand your grief and work on it accordingly.
Always talk it out with family or close friends when in grief.
If you don't feel like it, at least jot down your thoughts somewhere.
While coping up with grief, if needed, ask for support from mentors.
Grief counsellors or therapists can also come to your help.
Looking after yourself is important when coping with loss.
Maintain a routine, eat healthy and engage yourself in activities.
