Taylor Swift tops Elvis Presley for most No. 1 weeks on Billboard 200

Pop megastar Taylor Swift has now surpassed Elvis Presley with the most weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with her album 1989 (Taylor’s Version)

Swift has now spent 68 weeks at the top spot on the Billboard 200, beating Presley's 56-year-old record of 67 weeks.

King of Rock N' Roll Elvis Presley, who spent 67 weeks at No. 1, now stands in second place among solo artists

Swift first made it to the top of the Billboard chart with the release of her album Fearless, which spent 11 weeks at No. 1 between 2008-09.

Swift's subsequent albums Speak Now, Red, 1989, Reputation, Lover, Folklore, Evermore and Midnights, added 47 weeks to the tally

Taylor Swift also became the first artist ever to have five albums in Billboard 200’s Top 10, while still alive

In 2023, she won the coveted title of Billboard’s Top Artist of 2023
