01 Oats 1/4 cup

02 Orange segments 1/4 cup

03 Milk 2 cups

04 Ghee 1 tsp

05 Sugar-free/stevia (sugar substitute) 1 tsp

Heat a pan and saute the oats in ghee for 2 minutes.

Step 1

Add milk to oats and mix well. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Once the oats have thickened, remove them from the flame. Let it cool down.

Step 4

Now, add the orange segments and sugar substitute to the oats mixture. Mix it well.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

After 30 minutes, serve it and garnish it with chopped almonds.
