Chicken thukpa is a Tibetan-style noodle soup that is served with meat and vegetables. Here's an easy recipe to make this Tibetan-style chicken thukpa at home.

Ingredients: Chicken (small chicken pieces) 1/2 kg Onion (chopped) 1 cup Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup Spinach (chopped) 2 cup Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup Peas 1 cup Carrots (chopped) 1 cup Oil 2 tbsp Garlic buds 5 Green chili 2 Noodles 2 cups Coriander leaves (chopped) 1/2 cup Lemon Juice 2 tsp Pepper 1 tbsp Red chili 1/2 tbsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp Soy sauce 1/2 tsp Salt as per taste

 Step 1 Boil noodles. Strain water and keep it aside.

Step 2 In a wok, boil chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 Take a pan and add some chopped garlic and green chilies. Then add all the chopped vegetables.

Step 4 Add salt, red chili powder, and pepper to it. Now add soy sauce and vinegar.

Step 5 Once cooked, add the vegetables to the chicken broth. Now add the noodles to it.

Step 6 Mix it well, garnish with coriander leaves, and squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
