Delicious Veg Dum Biryani Recipe 

Everyone loves to try different kinds of biryani. Here's a step-by-step guide to making veg dum biryani at home.

Ingredients: Rice 1/2 cup Cauliflower 1 Peas 1/2 cup Onion 1 Carrots 2 Potatoes 2 Red chilli powder 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Biryani masala 1 tbsp Salt as per taste Bay leaf 1 Cinnamon 1 Star anise 1

Step 1 Take a vessel and add oil to it. Add chopped onions and let them become crisp.

Step 2 Now, add bay leaf, cinnamon, jeera, star anise, and elaichi and cook.

Step 3 Add ginger garlic paste and let it cook.

Step 4 Add chopped vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, beans, peas, and potatoes and mix them well.

Step 5 Combine this with red chilli powder, pepper, salt and biryani masala.

Step 6 Now, add some curd and let it cook for a while.

Step 7 Meanwhile, take cooked rice and put a layer of it in a bowl.

Step 8 Add the veggies and repeat the process.

 Step 9 Finally, garnish with dry fruits and crisp onions to enjoy!
