Yummy 4-Ingredient Banana Waffles Recipe

Banana waffles are easy to make and full of fibre. Here's a step-by-step guide to making banana waffles with just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients Ripe Bananas 4 Coconut Flour 1/2 cup Eggs 3 Canned Coconut Milk 1/2 cup

Optional ingredients: Sea salt 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp Honey 1 tbsp Chopped nuts 2 tbsp Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

 Step 1 Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and coconut milk and whisk well until combined. 

Step 2 Add the coconut flour (and cinnamon, vanilla extract if adding) and mix well. The batter will be thick. 

Step 3 Allow the batter to sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. 

Step 4 Heat your waffle iron and lightly spray it with cooking oil. Now, transfer the waffle batter to the waffle iron.

 Step 5 If you want to add chocolate chips, sprinkle them on top of the batter before replacing the lid.

Step 6 Cook until golden brown and crispy.

 Step 7 Top with it your favorite toppings and enjoy!
