The match took place at the Mangaung Oval on January 28.
USA won the toss and decided to field first.
India began their batting with a phenomenal century from Arshin Kulkarni.
Musheer Khan put up another 73 runs to help India reach 326 in the innings.
Naman Tiwari led the charge on the bowling front, scalping four wickets for India.
This saw India win by a massive 201 runs.
India have now won three matches on the trot at the ongoing U-19 World Cup.
They already qualified for the Super Six stage and are set to face New Zealand next.
That match will take place on January 30 in Bloemfontein.
