How To Prepare Quick Kaju Katli At Home?

Ingredients: – Cashew powder (2 cups), – Sugar (1 cup) – Ghee (2 tablespoons) – Cardamom powder (1/2 teaspoon)

Lightly roast cashew powder in a pan on low heat for a few minutes.

In another pan, dissolve sugar in 1/4 cup water to make a syrup.

Add the roasted cashew powder to the sugar syrup, stirring continuously.

Add ghee and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

Mix in cardamom powder for flavor.

Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and flatten it evenly.
