How To Prepare  4-Ingredient Dosa At Home?

Ingredients:Gather urad dal, rice, fenugreek seeds, and salt.

Soak urad dal, rice, and fenugreek seeds together for 4-6 hours.

Grind soaked ingredients into a smooth batter using a blender.

Allow the batter to ferment overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Mix in salt to the fermented batter. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle.

Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread in a circular motion. Cook until the edges turn golden and crispy.

Flip the dosa and cook the other side briefly. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
