How To Make No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake?

Are you a cheesecake lover? Here is a quick and easy recipe you can make this delicious cake with few ingredients.

Ingredients for the base of the cake:

01 Oreo biscuits - 200 gm

02 Melted butter - 4 tbsp

Ingredients for the filling of the cake:

01 Cream cheese - 300 gm

02 Icing sugar - 1/2 cup

03 Nutella - 1 cup

04 Heavy cream - 1 cup

05 Gelatin powder - 2 tbsp

06 Water - 1/2 cup

Ingredients for the topping of the cake:

01 Nutella (as required)

02 Melted dark chocolate (as required)

First, line the base of an 8” spring-form pan with butter paper. Now, blitz the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Add melted butter and mix again.

Transfer this mixture to the pan and press firmly onto the base using your fingers or the back of a spoon. Keep it in the fridge to chill for some time.

For the filling, beat cream cheese, Nutella, and icing sugar until smooth. Add the cooled gelatin and beat for another 1-2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Once done, add this mixture to the cream cheese-nutella mixture and fold in gently.

Pour this mixture into the prepared tin and let it chill for another 1-2 hours.

Top it with Nutella, melted dark chocolate, or whipped cream, and decorate it according to your liking. No-bake Nutella cheesecake is ready!
