Heat milk to 180°F (82°C) and cool to 110°F (43°C)

Add 2-3 tablespoons of plain yogurt with live cultures as a starter.

Mix well and incubate in a warm environment for 4-12 hours.

Cover with a towel and maintain a steady temperature.

Check for a thickened consistency.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Optionally, add sweeteners or flavorings to taste.
