Mouthwatering Tandoori Paneer Sandwich Recipe

Try this easy tandoori paneer sandwich recipe for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients Paneer - 100 gm Bread slices - 4 Tandoori sauce - 2 tbsp Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp Chilli flakes - 1 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Onion (chopped) - 1 Capsicum (chopped) - 1 Butter - 1 tbsp

 Step 1 Heat oil in a pan and put butter in it and let it melt. Add onion to it and cook till it becomes transparent.

 Step 2 Now, add capsicum, after cooking both the things for a few seconds, add paneer to it and now add black pepper, chili flakes and oregano to it and mix.

 Step 3 Add tandoori mayonnaise to it and mix everything well.

 Step 4 Take a bread slice and spread mayonnaise on both the slices, now spread the prepared filling on one bread slice and cover it with another bread slice.

 Step 5 Grill the sandwich in a griller. Cut the sandwich in two and enjoy with chutney.
