How To Make Healthy Mixed Sprouts Corn Chaat

Are you craving for chaat? Here's an easy chaat recipe that you can prepare in a matter of a few minutes with simple ingredients.

Ingredients Mixed sprouts (boiled) - 15 gm Corn (boiled) - 15 gm Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 Onion (finely chopped) - 1 Coriander chutney - 1 tbsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder or paprika - 1/2 tsp Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Salt (According to the taste)

Step 1 Soak the sprouts overnight and the next morning pressure cook them for around 10-15 minutes.

Step 2 Strain it well.

Step 3 Take a bowl, and combine all the ingredients.

Step 4 Sever it with garnishing of pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.

Step 5 You can also enjoy this sprout chaat by using it for filling bread slices.
