Fulka

 Thepla

Thepla is made by blending wheat flour, gram flour, and spices with fenugreek leaves. 

Rotla

Made from millet flour or bajra, Rotla loaded with lots and lots of ghee or butter. You can enjoy it with spicy garlic chutney, curd, or urad dal.

Puran Poli

Puran Poli is made with a combination of ingredients, such as lentils, jaggery, nutmeg and cardamom. 

Bhakri

Bhakri is a dinner staple in most Gujarati households. You can enjoy it with potato and eggplant-based gravy.
