How To Prepare Gujiya For Holi At Home?

Prepare the dough by mixing refined flour and ghee. Knead into a soft dough using water.

 Let it rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the stuffing with khoya, sugar, and dry fruits.

Roll the dough into small discs. Place a spoonful of stuffing in the center of each disc.

Fold and seal the edges to form a half-moon shape.

Deep fry until golden brown. Make a sugar syrup and dip the fried gujiyas.

Allow them to cool, and your Holi gujiyas are ready to serve.
