How To Make Strawberry Tart At Home

 Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add butter, egg yolk, and vanilla. Press into tart pan.

Blind bake the crust until golden brown and let it cool.

 Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread it onto the cooled crust.

Thinly slice fresh strawberries and arrange them over the filling.

 Heat strawberry jam with water until smooth. Brush over the strawberries.

Refrigerate the tart for at least an hour to set.

Slice and serve the strawberry tart with whipped cream or ice cream.
