How To Prepare Ragi Idli At Home?

Soak 1 cup of ragi (finger millet) and 1 cup of urad dal for 4-6 hours.

Grind soaked ragi and urad dal separately into a smooth batter.

Mix both batters, add salt, and let it ferment overnight.

Grease idli molds and pour the batter into them.

Steam for 10-15 minutes until ragi idlis are cooked.

Serve with chutney or sambar for a nutritious twist!
