Focus on consuming whole  foods rich in fiber, such as  fruits, vegetables, whole grains,  and legumes.

Manage stress, mindfully

Deep breathing exercises, meditation, or yoga, can help alleviate stress and promote a sense of calm, keeping diabetes in control

Stick to a fixed meal timing

Maintaining proper portion sizes  and eating at regular intervals is crucial. Smaller, more frequent meals help control blood sugar levels

Stay hydrated

Opt for water as the primary beverage and limit the consumption of sugary drinks, including soda, as they can cause blood sugar spikes

Exercise regularly

Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week, and strength training exercises twice a week

Prioritise quality sleep

Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night by establishing a regular sleep routine and creating a comfortable sleep environment
