How To Make Chicken Momo At Home?

Mix ground chicken with chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander.

Mix flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each circle.

Fold the edges of the dough together to form a half-moon shape, sealing the edges with water.

Place the momos in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

 Serve the momos hot with the dipping sauce.
