The 96th edition of the Academy Awards was held on Sunday at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and honoured the best performances in Hollywood in the past year.
The Oscar for the Best Actress was bagged by Emma Stone for her role in “Poor Things”.
Cillian Murphy took the Oscar for the Best Actor for playing J. Robert Oppenheimer in “Oppenheimer”.
The Academy Award for the Best Picture went to “Oppenheimer” which was released last year in July.
Christopher Nolan won his first-ever Academy Award for Best Director for “Oppenheimer”.
Robert Downey Jr. won his first Oscar in the Best Supporting Actor category for his role of Rear Admiral Lewis Strauss in “Oppenheimer”.
The Oscar for the Best Supporting Actress went to Da’Vine Joy Randolph for her role in "The Holdovers".
The Academy Award for the Best Original Song was bagged by “What Was I Made For?” from “Barbie” sung by Billie Eilish and co-written by Finneas O’Connell.
