Persistent fatigue: Feeling tired and lacking energy even after rest is one of the common symptoms of overtraining

Decreased performance: Struggling to complete workouts that were previously manageable is another sign

Insomnia or trouble sleeping: Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep is often a result of overtraining
