How to Make South Indian-style Egg 65 at Home

Ingredients    Eggs – As per your need    Maida flour – 2 tbsp    Corn flour – 4 tbsp    Chili powder – 4 tbsp    Garam masala – 1/2 tsp    Cumin powder – 1 tbsp    Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp    Oil – as required    Salt – as per taste

First, boil the eggs properly in the water. After boiling, remove the shell with soft hands.

Add maida flour, corn flour, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt as needed in a bowl.

Next mix water. Gradually increase its quantity so that you can mix it well to make a paste.

Now, chop the boiled egg into small pieces and mix it with the flour. Now put the batter and stir it well so that masalas are added equally on each side.

After preparing the eggs with the coating of the paste, put a pan on the stove and pour oil. Fry for three minutes on medium flame.

Once the eggs are fried well, take it out of the oil, transfer it to a plate and serve it with green chutney.
