Homemade Veg Grilled Sandwich Recipe For Breakfast

Sandwich is an easy option to make for breakfast. Here's a step-by-step guide to making a veg-grilled sandwich at home.

Ingredients

Onion - 1 Boiled potato - 1 Capsicum - 1/2 Small cucumber - 1 Carrot (grated) - 1 Paneer (grated) - 1 Cheese slices - 4 Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp Salt (according to taste) Black pepper powder (according to taste) Tomato sauce (as required)

Cut cucumber, onion and capsicum into these slices.

Step 1

Mix grated carrot and paneer. Add in mayonnaise.

Smear 4 bread slices with some tomato sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Place the veggies on all of them.

Top it with grated veggie mix.

Place cheese slice. Cover with another slice and grill with butter.
