7 Yoga Asanas That Can Improve Breathing

Pranayama: Sit comfortably and inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs. Exhale slowly.

Bhujangasana: Lie on your stomach, place your hands under your shoulders, inhale and lift your chest off the floor.

Ustrasana: Kneel on the floor, lean back, and place your hands on your heels while arching your back and breathing deeply.

Sukhasana: Sit cross-legged, close your eyes, and focus on your breath, inhaling and exhaling deeply.

Anulom Vilom Pranayama: Sit comfortably, close one nostril, inhale through the other, then close it and exhale through the other nostril.

Savasana: Lie flat on your back, close your eyes, and focus on deep, slow breaths, relaxing your body.

Kapalbhati Pranayama: Sit comfortably, inhale normally, then forcefully exhale through your nose while pulling your stomach in.
