 It is a satisfying and healthy breakfast option. You can add plant-based milk along with your choice of fruits.

Chia Seeds Parfait

You can layer chia seeds on top of Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt and top everything with fresh berries. The parfait goes the best with strawberries or any other kind of tropical fruit. 

Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl

To make this smoothie bowl, you have to add granola, sliced fruits, some nuts and peanut butter along with Greek yoghurt.

Chia Seed Chocolate Mousse

Mix chia seeds with some cocoa powder and a touch of honey. You can also add some milk of your choice and drizzle everything with some nuts.

Chia Seed Coconut Ice Cream

Combine chia seeds with coconut milk and some sweetening ingredients like honey or powdered sugar. Freeze this mixture for at least 3 to 4 hours. You can also add some other flavouring condiments like cardamoms and dry fruits.
