Tasty Peri Peri Paneer Sandwich Recipe

Are you bored of regular sandwiches? Try this tasty peri peri paneer sandwich recipe.

Ingredients for Peri Peri Masala Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp Black Salt - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder - 1 tsp Ginger Powder - 1 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for sandwich stuffing Paneer - 200 gm Capsicum, finely chopped -  1/4 cup Onion, chopped - 1/2 cup Tomato, chopped - 1/2 cup Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (optional) - 1/2 tsp Salt (according to taste) Bread slice - 4

Step 1 For peri peri masala, put all the things in the jar, close the lid, and shake well. Your homemade peri peri masala is ready.

Step 2 Put capsicum, onion, tomato, and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Step 3 Add chilli flakes, and salt as per taste and add peri peri masala and mix everything well.

Step 4 Cut the paneer into small pieces and add it to the mixture. If you want, you can also add some cheese or chili garlic sauce here.

Step 5 Apply butter on a bread slice and spread the stuffing on it and cover it with another bread slice.

Step 6 Grill the sandwich and serve hot. You can serve it with green chutney or red ketchup.
