Navratri is a joyous festival that is incomplete without delicious food. Here's an easy recipe to make kuttu dosa in 5 minutes.

Ingredients Boiled Potatoes (for filling) - 2 Rock Salt (according to taste) Ghee - 1 tbsp Curry Leaves - 10 Roasted Peanuts - 2 tbsp Mango Powder - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves (a handful) Chopped Green Chillies - 1 tbsp Buckwheat Flour (kuttu ka atta) - 4 tbsp Water - 1/2 cup

Step 1 (For filling) Add a tablespoon of ghee to a pan (medium heat). Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, and roasted peanuts.

Step 2 Add two mashed boiled potatoes, rock salt and black pepper. Add chopped coriander leaves and mango powder.

Step 3 Mix everything well, and the filling is ready.

Step 4 (For dosa) Take kuttu ka atta in a bowl. Add rock salt to taste and keep adding water in a small amount to prepare a mixture.

Step 5 Keep the pan on medium flame. Sprinkle some water to reduce the temperature and lower the flame.

Step 6 Add a spoonful of kuttu batter to the pan and spread it on the surface in circular motions. Keep on increasing the flame slowly.

Step 7 Grease the dosa gently with ghee or olive oil. Put the filling on the dosa.

Step 8 Once it turns brown on the other side, take it out on the plate. Serve it with your favourite chutney.
