Tasty Moringa Paratha Recipe For Breakfast

Moringa leaves are packed with several healthy nutrients that can help promote overall well-being. Here's an easy recipe for making moringa paratha at home.

Ingredients Atta - 1.5 cup Moringa leaves - 3/4 cup Chopped spring onions - 1/2 cup Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Chopped green chilli - 1 Ginger - 1/2 tsp Garlic - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Haldi - 1/2 tsp Mango powder - 1/4 tsp Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Salt (according to taste) Water (as required) Ghee (as required)

Step 1

Add whole wheat flour (atta), moringa leaves, spring onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, and garlic to a bowl.

Step 2

Mix well and add all the dry masalas, including red chilli powder, haldi, mango powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.

Step 3

Now, gradually add water to combine everything and form a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.

Step 4

Once done, take a small portion and roll it out using a rolling pin. Heat a tawa set on a low-medium flame and drizzle ghee on it.

Step 5

Place the rolled-out paratha over it and let it cook for a few minutes.

Step 6

Flip and cook on the other side. You can apply some more ghee at this stage. Serve hot with a dollop of butter or a side of curd and achaar.
