Paneer - 500 gm Tomato - 300 gm Ghee - 5 tbsp Sendha namak - 3 tsp Jeera powder - 1 tbsp Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp Chilli powder - 1 tbsp Cashews - 70 gm Fresh cream - 2 tbsp

Boil the tomatoes with some cashews and chilli powder to make the gravy.

Let it cook properly and then blend it into a fine paste.

Take a kadhai and add tomato paste with some ghee, jeera powder and coriander powder and let it cook.

Add the paneer cubes and mix it in with the gravy.

Garnish with some fresh cream and coriander leaves.
