It is an excellent alternative to deep-fried potato chips. Cut thin slices of sweet potato and bake them till they turn slightly brown. Enjoy it with salsa or hummus.
To make these healthy chips, first remove the stems from the kale and wash them properly. Sprinkle some olive oil and bake the leaves.
Beetroot chips are loaded with nutrients like vitamin A, zinc, iron, and potassium. When baked, these chips can be garnished with some rosemary and thyme and they taste delicious.
Spinach chips have become very popular. Toss the spinach leaves with olive oil and bake in an oven for a few minutes. Squeeze some lemon over them, and enjoy.
