Place the mangoes in a sauce pan and boil

The mangoes need to be simmered for 10 minutes until they get soft.

Allow the mangoes to cool completely before peeling them.

Grind the pulp with the required amount of water until it forms a thick paste.

Pour the paste into a pan and add brown sugar, cook until the sugar dissolves.

The mixture needs to be stirred continuously to prevent burning.

After the sugar has completely dissolved, allow it to cool.

Add cumin powder, black salt, and salt to the mixture.

To make the drink, combine 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture with chilled water in a glass.

Top it with mint leaves before serving.
