01 Ragi flour - 1 cup
02 Jowar flour - 1 cup
03 Coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1 tsp
04 Onion, finely chopped - 1
01 Green chilies - 3
02 Salt (according to taste)
03 Water (asneeded)
04 Oil (as needed)
Combine ragi and jowar flour in a bowl. Add salt, and water and mix it well.
Cover it and keep it aside for a minimum of 30+ minutes. After an hour – mix the batter well. Add jeera, chopped onion, coriander leaves, and chilies. Mix it well.
Now, heat the tawa on medium-high heat and put some oil on it.
Put some more oil on the tawa and pour the batter. Spread it in a circular motion.
Cover it and cook. Once it is done, flip and cook the other side.
Remove the dosa and serve with chutney.
