Classic Mojito Ingredients: 50 ml white rum 25 ml lime juice 12 mint leaves 2 tsp extra fine sugar 25 ml soda water 1 sprig of fresh mint
Gently press together the lime and the sugar in a glass. Press the mint into the glass with a barspoon. Next, half-fill the glass with crushed ice and add the white rum & churn. Top it with crushed ice and soda and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
Jamun MojitoIngredients:50 ml white rum25 ml Jamun Fruit Syrup (can be store bought or made at home)20 ml lime juice4 to 5 mint leaves
Bruise the mint leaves by clapping them between your palms – rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in the highball glass. Fill it with crushed ice, jamun fruit syrup, lime juice and white rum & stir. Top with crushed ice, and garnish with mint sprig.
Watermelon MojitoIngredients:50 ml white rum3 to 4 chunks watermelon2 to 3 basil leaves20 ml fresh lime juice15 ml sugar syrup
Combine watermelon, sugar and lime in an old-fashioned glass. Bruise the basil leaves and drop them in the glass. Fill it with crushed ice, add the white rum & stir. Garnish with a splash of club soda, a sprig of basil leaves and watermelon wedge
Raspberry MojitoIngredients:50 ml white rum3 raspberries4 lime wedges2 tsp sugar12 mint leavesA dash of soda water
Build all ingredients in a highball glass and muddle. Add crushed ice and stir. Top with club soda and stir lightly before serving. Garnish with a mint sprig & a raspberry.
Pomegranate MojitoIngredients:50 ml white rum15 ml lime juice10 ml sugar syrup2 tablespoons pomegranate8 mint leavesA dash of soda water
Add pomegranate in a mason jar and gently muddle. Place mint in glass and gently tap with muddler. Add the white rum, lime juice & sugar syrup. Fill glass with crushed ice, and a splash of soda. Mix well, garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
