Easy Millet Chicken Biryani Recipe

Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and biryani masala.

Soak millet for 30 minutes.

 Heat ghee, fry onions until golden. Add marinated chicken, cook until half done.

Layer half par-cooked millet over chicken.

 Sprinkle fried onions, mint, coriander leaves, and saffron milk.

Repeat layers and drizzle ghee. Seal pot with foil, cover with lid, cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

Serve hot with raita and salad.
