Sanitize all equipment thoroughly. Boil water and malt extract in a large pot.

Add hops according to recipe instructions. Cool the mixture and transfer to a fermenter.

Add yeast and seal fermenter.

Allow fermentation for about 1-2 weeks. Transfer beer to bottles, adding priming sugar.

Seal bottles and allow carbonation for another week.
