Delicious Indian Prawn Curry Recipe

Ingredients: Prawns, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chili, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, coconut milk

Preparation: Clean and devein prawns. Chop onion, tomato, ginger, and garlic finely.

Sauté: Heat oil, sauté chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili until golden brown.

Spices: Add turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until spices are fragrant.

 Tomato Base: Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.

Prawns: Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque.

Coconut Milk: Pour in coconut milk, simmer for a few minutes until flavors meld.

Garnish: Add curry leaves for aroma. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve: Serve hot with rice or bread. Enjoy your flavorful Indian prawn curry!
