Dhaba Style Mushroom Do Pyaza Recipe

Ingredients:
Mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilies, spices, oil.
Preparation:
Clean and slice mushrooms. Chop onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
Sauté:
Heat oil, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook until onions are golden brown.
Spices:
Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, and garam masala. Cook until fragrant.
Tomato Base:
Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Mushrooms:
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release water and soften.
Onion Addition:
Add thinly sliced onions (do pyaza style) and cook until they caramelize.
Garnish:
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread. Enjoy your dhaba-style mushroom do pyaza!
