Refreshing Green Grape Juice for Summer

 Ingredients: • 2 cups of fresh green grapes • 1 cup cold water • 2 teaspoons lemon juice • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste) • A few mint leaves (for garnish) • Ice cubes

Thoroughly rinse the grapes under cold water to remove any dirt.

Blend the grapes in a blender until the mixture becomes smooth. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add honey or sugar during this step.

Pour the blended grape mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Use a spoon to press the grape pulp to extract its juice.

Stir in the lemon juice, which adds a refreshing zesty flavor that complements the sweet grapes.

Refrigerate the juice for at least 30 minutes until it is thoroughly chilled. You can mix in some ice cubes too.

Pour the chilled green grape juice into glasses, garnish with mint leaves and add a few ice cubes if desired.

This juice not only cools you down but also provides a boost of antioxidants and vitamins, making it a healthy choice for staying hydrated.
