Dhaba Style Aloo Parantha Recipe

Prepare Potato Filling: Mash boiled potatoes with spices like cumin, chili powder, and salt.

Make Dough: Knead wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a soft dough.

Roll Out Dough: Divide dough into balls, flatten, and stuff with potato filling.

Roll Parathas: Roll stuffed dough balls into thin rounds using a rolling pin.

Cook on Tawa: Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook parathas with ghee or oil until golden brown on both sides.

Serve Hot: Serve hot with yogurt, pickles, or chutney for a delicious dhaba-style treat.
