Do you usually skip breakfast because of a lack of time? Here are five Indian breakfast recipes that can be made in just 15 minutes.

Aloo Poha

Chop onions and potatoes and wash poha. Now, take a pan, add some oil and add a mixture of sauteed onions and potatoes, seasoned with mustard seeds, curry leaves and other common spices. 

Uggani

It is a kind of upma made with puffed rice. Wash the poha and drain excess water. Prepare an onion-tomato base with the addition of peanuts and gram dal. Add the puffed rice, squeeze some lemon juice, and serve.

Besan Sooji Cheela

Make a batter of besan by mixing it with sooji water, salt, garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Pour it on a flat non-stick pan. Cook it from both sides and enjoy it with green chutney.

Masala Anda Bhurji

Make flavourful anda bhurji to go with plain or toasted bread for a delish morning meal.

Bombay Sandwich

Take two bread slices and spread butter and mayonnaise. Take your leftover veggies, mix them with spices and toss them in between bread. Grill it and enjoy.
