Want to give your regular parathas a nutritious twist? Try this recipe of healthy beetroot paratha at home.
Wheat Flour - 2 cup Salt - 1 tsp Ghee - 1 tbsp Beetroot (shredded) - 1 Black Pepper - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Salt (according to taste)
Add wheat flour, salt, and ghee and knead a dough with warm water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
For filling, shred a beetroot in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and red chilli. Mix it all well.
Now, make roundels of the dough, roll it out, fill a generous amount of the beetroot filling in the middle and close the dough.
Roll it out again and bake it on a tawa.
Once brown and crisp, serve it with curd or pickle and enjoy!
