Chole Samosa Chaat Recipe For Brunch

Chole samosa chaat is made with crispy smashed samosa, layered with spicy chole (chickpea curry), tangy sauces, dahi, and a host of other spices. Here's a step-by-step guide to prepare it at home.

Chole Curry - 1 All Purpose Flour - 1.5 cup Mashed Potatoes - 2 Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp Salt (As per taste) Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp Mint Chutney - 1 tbsp Dahi - 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney - 1 tbsp Sev - 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp Pomegranate Kennels - 1 tbsp

Step 1

Knead a dough by using all-purpose flour. Once done, set aside.

Step 2

For the samosa filling, mash potatoes and add all the dry ingredients mentioned in the ingredients list above.

Step 3

Take a small portion from the dough, roll it out, and fill it with aloo mixture.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the samosas.

Step 5

Now, mash the samosa, and pour chole over it along with chutneys and dahi.

Step 6

Sprinkle some pomegranate kennels, sev, and garnish with coriander leaves. You chole samosa chat is ready.
