Easy Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Sauté chopped onions, ginger, and green chilies until onions turn golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften. Add spices like turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala.

Crumble paneer into the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
