Mango Sticky Rice Recipe

Ingredients: You'll need 1 cup of sticky rice, 1 ripe mango, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, sugar, and salt.

Preparation: Soak sticky rice for 6 hours, then steam it for 30 minutes until cooked.

Coconut Sauce: Heat coconut milk with sugar and a pinch of salt until dissolved.

Peel and Slice: Peel and slice the mango into thin pieces.

Serve: Place the rice on a plate, top with mango slices, and drizzle remaining sauce.

Garnish: Garnish with sesame seeds or coconut flakes for extra flavour and texture.
