Barfi is a popular Indian delicacy renowned for having a sweet, rich, and fudge-like texture. Here are five types of barfi you can indulge in to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Besan Barfi

It is made with sugar, ghee, roasted gram flour (besan), and cardamom powder for flavour.

Rajbhog Barfi

It has a rich, sweet flavour and a creamy texture. Paneer, sugar, condensed milk, and nuts like almonds and pistachios are the main ingredients of rajbhog barfi.

Chocolate Barfi

It is like a regular barfi with a creamy, fudge-like texture and a strong chocolate flavour. Condensed milk is prepared by cooking it with melted cocoa powder until it thickens.

Moong Dal Ki Barfi

It is cooked with sugar, ghee, yellow split moong dal (green gram), and cardamom or saffron for flavour.
