Oat and cottage cheese pancakes

Blend oats, cottage cheese, eggs, banana, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Heat a non-stick skillet, and grease it with oil. Put the batter into the skillet, and cook it until golden.

Greek yoghurt pancakes

Blend a cup of yoghurt, rolled oats, two eggs, a tsp of baking powder, and vanilla extract. Heat a skillet, and grease it with some oil. Take a large cookie scoop to transfer the batter to the skillet. Wait for bubbles to form, flip, and cook until golden.

Banana and egg pancakes

Mash two bananas with four eggs, a tsp of vanilla extract, and baking powder. Heat a skillet, and use oil to grease it. Add the batter to the skillet and cook until golden on both sides.

Quinoa pancakes

Mix a cup of cooked quinoa, two large eggs, half a cup of Greek yoghurt, a tsp of baking powder, and vanilla extract. Heat a pan, grease it with some oil, and transfer the batter to the skillet. After bubbles get formed, flip and cook until they turn golden.

Almond flour pancakes

Add a cup of almond flour, two eggs, half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, a tsp of baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Mix it well, heat a pan, grease it with oil, and transfer the batter to it. Once, bubbles get formed, flip and cook the pancakes until they are golden.
